All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if the product becomes unavailable.
Prices are listed in BDT (৳) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.
Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification is only possible before the order is processed or shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time mentioned on the product page. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged if reported within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return policy.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for size issues if size was selected incorrectly by the customer. Size charts are provided on product pages.
5. Payment
We accept online payment methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas.
All payments must be completed successfully to confirm your order.
